Appointments are made in advance of the readings. If you are booking more than one hour of time, whether it be for yourself or for yourself and others, I ask that you fully confirm your appointment a week in advance. This allows me fo fill an opening with someone else in need if you cannot make your appointment. All appointments at Robin's office are confirmed via voicemail or telephone a day or two in advance of your reading.

All readings are booked in advance, I do not allow walk-ins. If you have a reading at a particular time, it is your responsibility to get to that appointment on time. Readings will not be pro-rated due to tardiness. Robin does her best to ensure that she does not run any more than 10 minutes late at any time and she is aware that your time is also precious. If you are late, then Robin's schedule is thrown off for the day, as is yours.

Our Guarantee

You are paying Robin to be psychic and she is a very capable and competent psychic and medium. If either you or Robin find the reading to be unsatisfactory within the first ten minutes, the session can be ended and you will not be required to pay the fee. If the reading continues beyond the first ten minutes, payment is necessary. It is extremely rare for Robin to have difficulty reading a client, but if the situation occurs there are no hard feelings. Keep in mind that, if Robin cannot read you once, it is up to you if you would like to try again on a different day.
